I like to be fluid in my approach each organisation is different and how they work and deliver is different. I tend to adapt to the company culture and way of working and make small improvements where possible once I have earned the trust working within the companies long term.
The Perfect Project
The Perfect Project does not exist, you can apply a broad set of UX, Service and UI principles to any project however, I don’t tend to follow a by the book approach and only use UX/UI artefacts that makes sense for the project at hand based upon budget, time and cost. This flexible approach helps to understand business needs as well as balance this from a user perspective to help deliver quicker results.
