A new requirement has surfaced from user feedback. System Operators (buyers/SO) will need to be notified in the event of a ‘Declaration of Unavailability’ (DOU) which means that any energy service purchased is unable to be provided temporarily or permanently by a Flexible Service Provider (sellers/FSP).

Why

To produce an overall end to end to solution focussing on System Operators and how they are best served to understand an outage of energy service, over a period of time or indefinitely, and how this can be remedied in a short period of time. Thus enabling System Operators to manage their energy supplies better and that there isn’t a disruption in energy service to the consumer and businesses.

Service Blueprint and overall flow

Creating a service blueprint based upon the requirements identified through the artefacts provided. Displaying how the user navigates through the overall journey and their sentiments throughout. In the background we understand the touch points and how the system needs to accommodate each action by the user.
