A new event based booking Mobile app within the Property sector allowing business professionals to book meeting rooms and services via the Mobile App.

Problem
Derwent wanted to move their corporate booking system into the online space.

Solution
Enable users to book meeting rooms using a Mobile App whether on the go or from a fixed location. Assisted with research work such as Personas and Landscape analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

Personas
Due to insufficient statistical data and this being a new proposition we decided to create Personas which highlighted the audience we were aiming for. This included their Profile info, Goals, Behaviour and Habits.


Landscape Analysis
We created an extensive Landscape analysis to look at competitor offerings as well as Mobile Apps that were desirable and popular both in terms of design and usability. These findings were then relayed to the client.


Wireframes
After looking at the research, wireframe were created to better understand the in-app onboarding process and how the user would sign up to the App and what the benefits were.

- A complete landscape/competitor analysis looking at competitors, disruptors and best in class brands.
- How social media plays a part in discovery and promoting the service.
- Forming 5 Personas to assist with key journey mapping due to no historic data available.
- Providing an onboarding journey and flow.
- Login and Registering mechanism with 2 factor authentication.
