In order to streamline the process of being able to apply for an account the content manager and myself looked at the overall flow for the application journey and how this could be simplified and show a progressive disclosure approach and to allow in page application to apply for a business account.

In order to streamline the process of being able to apply for an account the content manager and myself looked at the overall navigation structure and how this could be simplified and reorganised based on popularity.

Analysis of current Education journey

Tasked with looking at how the Education journey could be improved I mapped out the overall journey with issues found and how this could be improved upon to ensure a more smoother experience.
